My degree project explores the importance of teachers engaging in professional development to enhance their subject knowledge, as well as the value of shared expertise within the teaching community. It examines how teachers can learn from one another and how informal, everyday teaching scenarios between educators could look. <\/p>\n
Through a series of workshops, I have created pedagogical situations where teachers share their expertise with their peers. This has allowed me to explore how these collaborative teaching moments unfold, drawing upon theories of social and situated learning to better understand the dynamics of knowledge exchange in educational settings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
