My degree project is a personal narrative in comic-strip format about my experiences of burnout, and the loss of creativity that this brought on.<\/p>\n
I reflect on the artist\u2019s place in our society with all of its challenges, such as the influence of AI on artistic creation and the precarious reality of working in a creative profession. By visualising and analysing my own experiences, I question the link between creativity and mental illness. I expose doubts about my own ability to create something new in a world filled with visual information, and search for new meaning in being creative.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
