In the context of marginalized areas along the Red Line, we are confronted with the reality of existing in an in-between state – between city and individual, between narratives, between physical structures. This “in-between” is not a void, but a quality – a spatial and emotional opportunity.

To exist in the interstitial space offers an opportunity to give it form, to inhabit it – and thereby restore dignity to places that might otherwise remain forgotten in an urban environment marked by dehumanization.
