Lord All Smitey is about an old group of friends who have become scattered over the years and live better lives apart nowadays. Without constantly getting at each other’s throats, they finally have a chance to become respectable people with marriages, careers and good health. But God’s menacing finger escapes no one and evil things lurk beneath the surface. Some people just aren’t meant to be happy.

They set out on a journey to see if fate exists, and above all, if it’s on their side. With this book, I hope to explore how co-dependent relationships pass the test of time and people’s futile search for meaning and cosmic justice.

Lord All Smitey is the sequel to Fattigt Skryt (Galago, 2023).
