As a teacher, one must follow the governing documents from the Swedish National Agency for Education, Skolverket, which state that education in the subject Bild should include both traditional and modern techniques.
However, based on my observations during my internship, certain modern techniques seem to be missing in teaching.
My degree project aims to provide a clearer picture of the role of modern techniques in schools, such as 3D modelling and 3D printing, with a focus on Bild teachers’ experiences and perspectives.
